Robert has had a diverse background during the past 25 years involving security, armored transportation, policing, emergency medical, first aid & rescue services.  In these industries Robert has taken an active role in every facet including management, supervision, training and facilitating.  Robert envisioned a business that would improve the health and safety of both individuals, businesses and industries alike through means of Education, Training as well as Emergency Response Management services.   Robert has had a background with direct involvement in these areas to be able to provide a valued service to nearly any client willing to improve their safety standards.

Rebecca has been involved in the First Aid and Safety Management of various industrial sites, businesses and events during the past 20 years. Rebecca has a strong background in security and has also been instrumental in the development of several safety plans as well as the first aid and safety training for many individuals and businesses during her career. The education, training and experience that Rebecca has gained while being directly involved in her duties has been beneficial to Marshall Safety Services Ltd. and has been a direct asset to any organization that we serve.

Michael has worked in the logging industry for 10 years, service industry for the past 15 years and has been involved as a first aid attendant for over 25 years. Michael has since been licensed as an EMR (Emergency Medical Responder) working both privately and for the BC Ambulance service providing 911 responses to various communities around the Central Kootenays. Michael has been involved in both management and supervisory positions in these industries during the past 10 years. Michael has been a dedicated community volunteer dedicating his time outside of his regular work duties being involved as a volunteer firefighter for the past 9 years and prior to that as a volunteer for St John Ambulance as an attendant, divisional superintendent as well as being involved as their training officer for 2 years. Michael brings these valuable attributes to Marshall Safety Services Ltd. to help pass on these assets to our clients in the Kootenay area of British Columbia and beyond.
